In addition to our online Health and Safety Management System, we now have the Subcontractors Management Pack available.

I’m just going to give you a quick demonstration on this.

This is the Subcontractor Management Pack.

This pack is useful to companies, as you can create your ideal pre-qualification questionnaire with ease.

Firstly, you would list your contractors by clicking this “add contractor” button. Once your contractor information is complete they will then be added on to your list.

You can now start to manage your contractors. By clicking this “send login detail” button, you will send the subcontractor a login ID using the portals own generated email. This goes directly to the email address provided in your contractor’s details.

Once the subcontractor has access, they can proceed with their PQQ questionnaire. They can answer your own selected and custom-made questions and also upload any supporting evidence that you would like on record.

Once the contractor has completed the PQQ, they can then proceed to save the questionnaire. This will be back ready for you to check and approve. The contractor can also upload their custom files, or fill in any blank missing details.

You can also have the option to leave any notes and KPIs for your subcontractor to view.

The system will also send an email to you to notify you of any documentation that is coming up to be out of date for each subcontractor.
