HR “Health Check” Audit
What is an HR “Health Check” Audit?
An HR “Health Check” Audit is a comprehensive method to access the compliance of your current HR policies, procedures, documentation, and systems throughout the whole of the employer/employee life cycle. This thorough review helps to identify needs for improvement and enhancement of positive people management and company culture. In addition, it helps to assess compliance with ever-changing rules and regulations.
We can diagnose issues before they become real problems and help you find the right solutions.
How does it work?
We will ask you to complete a questionnaire which will help us to understand the current state of your business. The results of this will enable us to work with you to create an action plan.
We can then assist with implementing the changes needed. These could include updating employment contracts, reviewing your policies & procedures, staff handbook and creating a positive performance management programme.

What is Executive Coaching
An executive coach is a professional that works with individuals (usually executives, but often high potential employees) to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives, unlock their potential, and act as a sounding board.
They are not consultants or therapists and usually refrain from giving advice or solving their clients’ problems. Instead, they ask questions to help executives clarify and solve their own problems.
What Executive Coaches do
Executive Coaches provide a confidential and supportive sounding board for their clients. They ask questions, challenge assumptions, help achieve clarity, provide resources, and yes, sometimes, with permission, provide advice. They often administer and help interpret 360-degree and behavioural assessments, conduct confidential interviews to help a client gain self-awareness, and establish development goals.
