Our purpose built online Health & Safety Management System allows you to manage your own occupational Health and Safety. The easily accessible and editable components put all your Health and Safety needs in one manageable place.

Some of the key features are:

  • The bespoke system produces professional looking documents, with your company branding.  These are accessible from any device – PC, Mac, Tablet or Smart phone.
  • The system is cloud based, with all your documents securely stored online and backed up daily.
  • Risk assessment templates specific to your industry will be pre-loaded onto the user friendly system.
  • All of your employee training records are stored here, including their certificates.
  • You can either build your own COSHH assessments or select one of the professionally written versions from the library of nearly 1000 examples.
  • Accidents can be electronically recorded.
  • The equipment register records all of your business assets.

The system can either be purchased as part of a support package or as a standalone product with a choice of support levels.

Do you use Sub-Contractors?

Using Sub Contractors within your business is a great way of keeping flexible working. But you need to satisfy yourself that these businesses have the correct processes and procedures and that they are working to your standards. The Subcontractor Pack is a unique online system for doing exactly that.

Some of the key features are:

  • You can easily generate and edit a custom pre-qualification questionnaire
  • There is an individual log-in for each contractor enabling them to complete the questionnaire
  • With instant access from anywhere, all responses and evidence is stored online
  • Expiry dates will be monitored and most importantly the system will then alert you when evidence needs renewing
  • With one click a PDF report can be produced of a contractor’s progress towards approval
  • Furthermore formal agreements can be created with each contractor

Method Statements

The Method Statement section is quite similar to the Risk Assessment section. There are lots of pre-loaded tasks on the system already, but you can create new ones as well.

Policy

In this section you can create a health and safety policy. Each section is pre-loaded with information which can easily be edited and adapted to suit an individual business. The only section that has to be entered manually is the ‘Safety Functions’ section which identifies what areas of health and safety a specific person is responsible for i.e. risk assessments, accident reporting etc. The template makes creating a health and safety policy quick and simple.

Audit

In this section you can take pre-loaded audits e.g. DSE assessments or fire safety, or you can create your own audit to suit your business needs. When creating an audit, select the type you will be undertaking, how often it needs to be carried out and how it will be graded. From here you can input questions and answer types and save the audit to be used at a later date. Audits can be taken multiple times once on the system by pressing the ‘take audit’ button.

Risk Assessments

In this section you can create risk assessments quick and easy. There are pre-loaded hazards and controls already on the system for a variety of different categories and you can also create your own.  You will then choose the risk rankings by picking the level of probability and severity followed by picking the appropriate PPE for the task.

COSHH

When you have acquired the safety data sheet you simply go through each section and copy the right information over. The COSHH assessment template you use has all the relevant sections you will need to create a good COSHH assessment.

Equipment

In this section you can add test and service records including equipment which requires PAT testing, calibration, visual inspections, MOTs or services. You can assign a test frequency for each asset and upload the certificate as evidence. Turn on notifications in the Safety First Pack settings to be notified 30 days before any test/inspection is due.

Training

Here you can add all of your employees relevant Health & Safety training courses that they have completed. You can also upload their training certificates here and create a training matrix of all employee training.
